Farès Hachi, former left-back of GF38, announced the end of his career after the win against Craponne, last Saturday. He had already ended his professional career before joining FC2A. It was a private choice, which allowed him to discover the amateur world and evolve in a different context. He also wanted to fully commit to his conversion as a coach, a project that was important to him. And then, he also wanted to spend more time with his family. He thinks it was the right time to turn the page. Farès Hachi joined GF38 in 2012, after experiences in Cassis and Niort. He was seduced by the Grenoble project, which allowed him to contribute to building something. He was also attracted by the emotional aspect, as he grew up in the city and was formed within the club. He also talked about the qualification against OM in the Coupe de France, which was a special moment for him. He played in a packed stadium for the first time in a long time, in front of his families and friends. He also spoke about the desire to see young players from the area emerge, and mentioned that the club has this desire to set up a training center to form players from the agglomeration.
